The following stages will give you some idea on our injector remanufacturing process.

1) All fuel injectors are thoroughly cleaned and closely inspected for any external damage.

2) Injectors are then tested for coil and resistance checks.

3) We remove the filter baskets then perform a leak, spray pattern & flow rate test.

4) The injectors are placed into our heated ultrasonic bath to remove dirt – carbon or contaminates that may cause the injectors.to fail while still connected to the flow bench.

5) Injectors are then put through our reverse flushing system to remove any debris that maybe still present.

6) Once the reverse flush is complete we then refit the injectors to our flow bench for the retesting of leak, spray pattern and flow rate test.

7) Once that test is complete we then remove the O-rings, spacers & pintle caps.

8) Then when we are 100% satisfied that the injectors meet specifications the metal body injectors are painted in high temp paint to protect against corrosion.

9) Then we fit new filter baskets , spacers, O-rings & pintle caps where required.

Our workshop is fitted out with a brand new GS8 from Carbon Zapp which is the latest state of the art technology in fuel injector servicing.

We can professionally test and service all Top feed & side feed, TBI (throttle body injection) also G-DI (gasoline direct injection) systems.

Each fuel injector come individually sealed.

We only use genuine factory cores and remanufacture them to meet or exceed OEM standards and specifications.

All our replacement parts are sourced from quality manufactures so you know your injectors have been fitted with quality replacement parts.

Our remanufactured components come with a 12 month (replacement only) warranty from the date of purchase, we will NOT be liable for any labour costs or any other charges that may be incurred in the event of a warranty claim.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

These injectors are sold on an outright basis so there is no need to send your injectors back to us.
